My Contacts Backup is a convenient app for backing up and restoring your contacts directly from your phone, eliminating the need for a computer or synchronization. With just a single touch, you can backup all of your contacts and easily send them to yourself as a .vcf attachment via email.

The process of restoring your contacts is also effortless. By simply opening the .vcf file in the iOS Mail app, you can restore all of your contacts whenever you need to.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After sending the backup file (*.vcf) to yourself, please check your inbox to ensure that the message has arrived and contains the attachment (backup file). At times, email providers may block attachments if they are too large in size. If possible, try using another mail account to send your backup file.
